If you were doing this job today, you would’ve spoken with 20–30 customers over the phone, listening to their needs and taking as much time as you needed to either help them check things off their list as they are moving into a new home or identifying which one of our products will best help them grow their handyman business.* So as you've guessed by now, depending on the team you will find your place on, you will either be interacting with *homeowners* or with *professionals*. This can either be through an *outbound sales motion* or a *cold calling sales motion.*

Spend more time at home, where your family needs you! *WHAT YOU'LL BRING* * *Availability *to work variable schedules in a quiet space, free of distractions. * *Call Center Sales experience: *At least 2 years of working experience in outbound sales in a high-volume call center or call center type of environment. * *English: *Business fluent or native, as all our customers are US-based. * *Receptiveness: *Open to receive and implement coaching feedback as we help you grow your career. * *Dexterity: *Able to concentrate and sit or stand at a desk while viewing a computer screen and making calls repetitively. * *Remote readiness:* Disciplined and resourceful to meet business demands in a structured, virtual call center environment. * *Workspace: *A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps, and a computer or laptop, with a minimum Intel Core i5 processor that runs @ 2.0 GHz (or AMD equivalent) and 6 GB of RAM. *NOTE*: This role will be permanently remote! *WHO WE ARE* Launched in September 2013, as an online home improvement network connecting homeowners with qualified professionals, Porch has grown into the industry-leading partner for the home.
